I bought this computer 2 years ago and it struggles to run its garbage

The screen has a white Haze all over it so its kind of hard to see sometimes other than that its perfect for what I use it for

I bought this laptop in December of 2019 as a Christmas present for my daughter, 5 months later the laptop doesnt even turn on. Now with the pandemic situation, its been a challenge to get any assistance online through Asus.

Purchased for my wife. She seems to be really enjoying it. Alls well

This is literally the worst laptop Ive ever owned. It falls asleep on itself just trying to start up. If you want to do anything with it, you pretty much have to wait 10 minutes for it to start up, then anytime you click on something you have to wait another 3 - 5 minutes for it to respond. Ive never experienced a machine that was this slow. I even exchanged it thinking something was wrong, but the replacement machine did the same thing. Im going to get better use out of it using it for target practice. Itll be more enjoyable to use that way

Estéticamente es maravillosa, y muy delgada pero funcionalmente es la peor laptop que he tenido. Desde la primera vez que se usó tuvo problemas de inicio, tarda horas en prender, a veces no prende, una decepción total! Quise devolverla pero sólo tenía garantía de 3 meses!! Bought this as a gift for my niece. My only complaint is the keyboard. The keys are not great, but everything else about this laptop is dope. I like it so much that Ill consider it for my next replacement laptop.

Loved everything about it. I bought it for work purposes, but my boss ended up giving me a work-issued laptop, which rendered this laptop “useless.” However, the more expensive laptop my boss got me is LESS efficient/desirable than this laptop here... I would buy this one again, hands down
