Athalon Everything Boot Bag/Backpack - Ski - Snowboard

Fabulous bag especially for the price! I saw a similar bag in a ski shop close to my home that was $99! I have to say this bag is WAAAAYYYY better! And with Prime I got it in two days, which was perfect for my upcoming ski trip to Colorado. This bag has a great color, which means you wont mistake it for the countless other black ski bags out there. Plus so many pockets for stashing lots of stuff. It holds boots, helmet, gloves, pants, socks, protein bars, key clips... I cant say enough good things about this bag. It is also made really well, which means you can take it on many a ski trip. Finally one place to keep all my ski gear organized - boots, helmet, gloves, goggles, socks, balaclava etc. Bought a different color for my wife so its easy to keep track of which is which. Quality seems good so far (one ski trip) and looks good.

Seriously so in love with this bag. I have always used a duffel bag but at the end of the day it was so heavy on my shoulders and really bulky. I have finally upgraded to this bag this year and I couldnt be happier! I feel like a turtle walking around with it on my back but it fits everything I would ever need! Both ski boots on either side, my ski jacket, ski pants, helmet, gloves, and there is still room if I need anything else. It has so many extra pockets in addition to the boot pockets on the sides as well as inside. If youre a skier or rider this is a perfect bag for you!

We bought this for my daughter to carry her ski gear in on ski trips. This bag is huge. She can fit her boots, helmet, gloves, ski pants, coat, hand warmers, and still have room. The bottom has feet and drain holes on the boot sections. It seems well made and we used it all season, going at least 20 times. Im getting one for me next!

I needed a bag that could carry a pair of size 28.5 ski boots, plus helmet and miscellaneous gear like gloves, balaclavas, and assorted bits of ski accessories. Yet not a huge duffle which would be hard to carry around. This bag met all of my requirements, and seems to be well made and sturdy. I did notice however that the upper carry handle attachment to the bag was a bit flimsy. After a week of daily trips to the ski area however, it seems to be holding up. Also, even though equipped with sturdy back straps, I find that the bulky bag is difficult to use as a back pack when fully loaded. I usually put it over one shoulder which is OK for a short walk from the lodge to my car, but not for a longer trudge to a more distant parking area or through a busy airport.

So many places to store all my ski gear! Like being able to store boots separate from other gear and the grommets for drainage under the boot section. Backpack features leaves arms frees to carry skis, poles, or other items but backpack straps can also be stowed away in zippered compartment. This was my 1st trip with my new bag but so far I have been impressed with performance and features.

I bought this boot pack in the fall of 2012 and after two seasons I can say that Ive really come to like using it. I used to put on the ski boots at the car and clump from the parking lot to the hill in my ski boots. But that takes its toll on the boots and the body, especially at Stevens Pass where one often has to park in a different zip code (if parking is available at all), with no shuttle buses to help. Now I keep all of my gear in one place. The backpack works terrific for hauling heavy boots in the side compartments, with goggles, gloves, hat etc. in the center compartment. Has external attach points for polls and helmet too if desired. After emptying prior to skiing, it collapses to a size I can fit in a locker when needed. Separate compartments make it easy to stash keys, pocket change purse or cell phone protector for easy access. The bag makes it easier to car pool with friends as its just your skiis, your poles, and this bag that you have to transfer between cars. Well worth it.

We love Athalon products, and have used their duffels for years. Accordingly, we were excited to find out they made a Boot Bag. The quality of the bag is great, but we hope for 2 improvements. First, add more pockets - particularly a laptop sleeve. If Im going to carry on the boot bag then I need to eliminate the backpack I would normally carry. Second, provide a blue color that matches the blue duffel I already own.

I have been using this for one year. It is well constructed, has ample space to fit all my gear and the price for what you get is very reasonable in my opinion.

These boot bags are perfect! I ordered the lumberjack print for myself and the black and grey camo for my boyfriend. These bags fit everything we need in them. Our boots (drainage system is great!), our helmets, goggles, gloves, snow pants, extra jacket, water bottle and snacks. Once we are geared up we put all of our regular stuff inside them and they show away great. Just grab from your cubby and go! I recommend these to all of my friends and get compliments on the bags all the time. Worth the price and they’ve held up very nicely. A great buy!
