Greater than one weekOld age, immune issues, blah blah blah - I take a ton of meds and supplements. My problem was trying to remember what to take when. My old case only had AM/PM and didnt hold the large pills well. So far this has been a dream. Being able to split the doses out through the day and having everything I need, One Day at a Time! I would have given this FIVE STARS because Ive only used it for one week - but so far it is sturdy, functional and extremely helpful.

> 3 dayGreat way to keep track of what meds you need to take each day and the time of day. Fill each day and put in the case. Going out of town for a few days, just take the days with you and forget about the bottles.

I like that its easy to carry with you for your mid-day meds, just toss in your handbag, small enough to carry in your pocket. The individual cases have the abbreviated days of the week, easy to organize.

It holds 6 of my pills in each spot for each day (42 pills for the week) Two of those pills are MASSIVE (we call them my horse pills) the other 5 are full size pills... not a single pill is what i would consider normal or regular size and THEY ALL FIT!
