> 24 hourI like I can load my meds ahead of time and by a quick visual know if I have taken the proper things at the right time. best feature is each day is its own container. I had an overnight out of town an only had to take the days needed and not the whole week

> 24 hourThis weekly pill organizer in black/smoke color is very neat and looks better than the translucent drugstore pill holder or pink ones online. The dark color material is also good to prevent light damage to certain vitamin, as well as offer some privacy if needed. The Xl size is large and flat, which makes it easier to spot individual pills without digging through layers. Because of its sideway storage design, the footprint of the whole box is somewhat compact compared to its large capacity. The closing mechanism for both the inner pods and the large cover are secure yet easy to open. All the good attributes required for a well made pill holder are checked.

> 24 hourI dont take any prescription drugs, but my vitamin/supplement regiment needed some organization for sure. I bought this pill organizer to get a handle on it. Im very satisfied with it! Fill up everything on a Sunday, and dont worry about remembering whether you took your dose that morning or afternoon that day. The outer shell/box houses 7 small cases that are clearly labeled with each day of the week. Each case has two compartments: one for AM (the sun) and one for PM (the moon). The opening and closing of the box and pill cases are easy and secure. Only time will tell if they get lose, but so far, its pretty tight. The lids fold all the way back, which makes placing and taking stuff out of them very easy. The outer box has 7 compartments for each little ones. If you dont need to store the little ones in there, you can use it as a depot to store and distribute pills from. The dark color of the case is great for any light-sensitive drug/supplement that you may have. The labels look like theyll last for a while. Its not a sticker on a plastic; the plastic has grooves with the label and filled with a white dye. Doesnt look like itll rub off. Its not the smallest pill organizer out there (hence the XL in the name), but if youre taking 4-6 supplements per day during different times (AM/PM), this will provide ample storage while youre home or traveling without carrying extra bottles, cartridges, etc.

> 24 hourI purchased this for my daily supplements and a couple of RX pills. I take Zinc (Im a teacher with a weak immune system, please pray for me lol) and the pill is quite large so if you take a larger quantity of pills, especially large doses, I would recommend looking into a bigger organizer! However, I have no complaints about this one as it fits my personal needs. Its also cute, simple, and sanitary. Looks exactly like the photos. Maybe its some sort of placebo effect, but I feel like it helps me remember to take my pills!

> 24 hourGot this for travel and ended up using it for when Im at home. I fill it up on Sundays and I am good to go for the week. I do take a good amount of supplements and meds so this really helps keep track of what I did and did not take. Also amazing for travel too.

> 24 hourThis is a relatively compact pill case but each compartment holds a LOT of pills. Each day is identified and theres a sun and moon for day & night. Im not sure if the writing will eventually wear off, but for now it looks nice. Each daily set is removable and small enough for a pocket or purse. This is great for travel. And a good price at just under $9.

> 24 hourThis is a very nice pill box that organizes pills into daily doses in individual containers separated into am and pm. This item is six inches in length, almost two inches tall and three inches wide. It is big for a pill box. It is nice to have the individual days in a sealed box. It is also nice that you can take each day’s pills with you and carry it in your pocket. It will hold lots of pills. I’m a minimalist, however, so for me, this box is just too big. I can fit four of my current weekly pill boxes into this product. I take only four pills a day, two in the morning and two at night, so I don’t carry anything will me during the day. Even my wife, who takes many more pills than I, her pill box is half the size and she can also take a day’s worth of pills with her, even though she doesn’t. For me, I simply pull up the day’s tab and take out two pills at a time. To use this product, you first have to open the cover, pull out the day entirely and open the am or pm side. More steps than my simple box requires. While I will likely not use this product, don’t get me wrong, it is well made and serves a useful purpose for those with many pills who like to carry the day’s worth of pills in their pocket. I gave it five stars because it does what it says it will do and is a quality made product. It simply does not fit my personal requirements and, for that, the product should not be penalized.

> 24 hourWhen I received the Auvon pill case and unwrapped it from its packing I noticed that the lid seemed a little loose. When I opened it from the front, the back hinges popped right off. They werent obviously broken but look like they may have been malformed. The top lid on the main case just doesnt say on. If you flip the case over, it falls right off. Each of the individual daily pill cases are fine but using this as a whole unit for the week isnt great with the top case constantly falling off.

> 24 hourThis is a neat pill organizer that has 7 individual (day) compartments inside of a nice sized plastic case/container. I really like that the individual day compartments are small enough to fit in your pocket but yet hold a large number of pills/supplements. Each compartment is labeled with day/night symbols (sun/moon) so it is easily identifiable that there are a.m. and p.m. pills with the day of the week clearly labeled too. Also these are easily opened if you have arthritis or Raynauds.
