Original cable does not connect reliably for data transfer, and is too short. I connect to a desk top PC that is under my desk and the original cord did not reach the top of the desk so it was difficult to see the state of the charge. These fill the bill there.

The charging cord for my Garmin 245M watch stopped working, so I bought these. Much more economical than buying from Garmin, and it charges just fine.

Junk. Quit working after 1 week

I found that both the leads I ordered had an intermittent connection on the Garmin watch. The connector is out of tolerance so would connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect etc. It meant you couldnt rely on it being charged when plugged in. I replaced the leads with an alternative manufacturer and that one is fine, works every time. Avoid these leads, they are poor quality.
