> 3 dayProduct appears to be of very good quality. The instructions were written in mostly correct English, even though product is from China. Instructions were easy to follow and illustrations were done well. It was relatively easy to install, even for just one person who is handy, but not a contractor. I just finished installing it so well see how it holds up. Free shipping was extremely fast. I received it via FedEx in less than 72 hours, shipped from Shanghai. Item was shipped soon after order was placed. I will be ordering another for my other slide.

> 3 dayReceived all for toppers in 5 days , fast . Had a prder for the carefree toppers and after 9 weeks cancelled order . was looking at the LCI solara topper but they are expensive . found these on amazon . made in china but better then both the carefree which i have installed before and even better then the solara LCI toppers . install was a breeze need 2 people to mount . roller tube comes in sections and have an innner sleeve to join the tubes making it very ridged , unlike to other 2 manufactures that have one length roller tube that is flimsy in the middle for the longer toppers . these were solid even on the 13 one i revived , spring tension is better and each one has 2 tension springs as opposed to 1 . after install got a good rain and they shed all the water with no areas holding water .. I work on RVs for a living and these are solid units and will defiantly recommend to clients .

> 3 dayInstall is pretty easy with one person 2 would be a breeze. Awnlux dont have a anti billow kit for it but the one for dometic brand works well. I like the fact the awning roll comes in sections with sleeves it is way stronger than the other brands. the awing rails come in sections also not a big deal but i would rather have one piece. all and all I really like the fabric and quality of it.

Greater than one weekI ordered the 7-6 slide topper, when I was finished installing it (Instructions were very easy to follow) I noticed a run in the vinyl fabric. I emailed the seller thru Amazon, they responded immediately. They called me at 8:30 on a Monday night from China, less than 48 hours later the replacement vinyl was delivered to my house. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN. Also the product is really good quality, very easy to install
