The sizing is perfect for your little one. i really like that the pillow is also not really thick as I feel it may be slightly safer. The pillow case that came with the pillow has a Sateen look to it.

> 3 dayMy toddler uses this sometimes but it is a bit high for him. I really like how its not as long or wide as a regular pillow so it doesnt take up too much room. A big downside for me is the pillowcase seems to attract hair like crazy. If you have dogs the hair will COVER the pillow within a couple days.

> 3 dayThis is a really cute and comfortable little pillow that at 13x18 inches is the perfect size for children 2-5 years old. From what I can tell the pillowcase and outer shell of the pillow itself appear to be made of 100% cotton and the filling is an ultra soft microfiber material. Both the pillow and pillowcase can be machine washed and dried and are hypoallergenic, soft, and breathable too. Overall I think its a nice quality product and one Im very happy with =)
