Greater than one weekNot super impressed. I thought it would be extremely close to the milk snob cover and wanted to save some money by buying this one. It is extremely thin so it does no good keeping the cold out during the winter. It is also very loose over the car seat. It does the job as a nursing cover but I would much rather have something of better quality for a car seat cover
