> 3 dayAfter lots of research, we purchased this when our daughter was around 2 months old. Shes turning 2 YEARS old in a couple of weeks and this thing is STILL going strong! Our daughter has always loved this thing. We received those vibrating ones and so on as gifts but our daughter out grew them very quickly and they were unnatural per se. This one is much more natural, mimicking the womb as it bounces naturally without a motor. This benefit also keeps it light and easy to fold and carry. Our daughter uses this to lounge and watch TV or drink her bottle and nap. As she got older, we transfer her from this to her bed after she fell sleep. This cost A LOT of money! It was worth every penny. 2 years in and the quality you pay for is still there. I love how it can be washed so easily; since our daughter uses it often. Now were expecting our second child and were going to see if our daughter will share this with her new sibling. Its in good enough condition not to have to buy another one. One more thing - since our daughter is 2 years old - shes a big 2 - the size of a 3 year old; we now have to fold up one of her blankets and put it behind her head. This is because her head is against the railing as shes technically too tall for this. She doesnt care. A little soft blanket-pillow and she still lounges it in like she did as an infant. Her feet are on the floor and she cant get enough of thing thing. This was a fantastic investment. My husband will use his foot to rock her sometimes. Also, since its not bulky I can cuddle next to her on the floor while shes in it. Shes too big to be strapped in, but she doesnt want to get out of it anyway for the most part. As a toddler, when shes ready for bed, we know because she will put herself in it and say ready night night! The black color is also professionally looking and doesnt make our house look like it has a bunch of baby themed stuff; its a polished- professional looking style, not with a bunch of baby animals printed on it or something. Additionally, its not bulky. This thing is just perfect.

> 3 dayInvest in this! We use this every day! Lowest recline option is perfect for my 10week old to sit and relax. While it is reclined enough that I don’t have to worry about his head falling forward. It has three seat positions so my older child can use it on the most inclined to watch a movie or hang out in!

> 3 dayI really like this product! My baby is so happy when is in it. I recommend it to be used for babies who are in the stage of trying to sit up.

> 3 dayI do like this bouncer (baby isn’t here yet so I can’t report on if she likes it just yet), but the color of the frame was not accurate. The one I ordered said it was a black frame and the box also said that it was a black frame. The frame ended up being grey, which I do like and it isn’t a big deal to me, just misleading based on the listing photo. The color of the cover itself is fairly accurate, maybe just a little darker in person than in the picture. That’s the only reason I took a star away

> 3 dayIf we could give this product ten stars we would. We had our first child in August and after the first month our pediatrician had us go to urgent care because “it isn’t normal” for baby to cry for six hours straight every day. Of course the urgent care doctor merely sympathized with us and told us to strap in for the next 3, possibly 6 months. Cue a casual menty B (mental breakdown) for mom. Our daughter hated the side to side swing another parent recommended, but liked when dad did squats while holding her - however dad said this was not a long term solution. Mom realized baby liked an up down motion - enter the Baby Bjorn Bouncer. Baby no longer fusses for hours every day - mom and dad now have some semblance of their mental health back. Our only wish is that it could be motorized, but on the other hand our calves are getting real swole.

> 3 dayIts expensive for the length of time that we were able to use it, but it was completely worth it and has a great resale value. I purchased it when my son was a little over 2 months old, and I wish I had had it from the beginning. We stopped using it at about 7 months because he was sitting fine on his own and is big for his age. When it was in use, it was a lifesaver. It has a smaller footprint than a lot of other bouncers, so we were able to bring it into our small bathroom and my son would sit in it while we showered. We brought it any time we traveled, my son would sit in it while we ate dinner, wed put him in it while we cooked in the kitchen or washed dishes. He enjoyed that he was able to sit up to see what was happening, and I liked how easy it was to use and how lightweight it is. We used it a lot when he was fussy just to be able to get things done. I have several different types of carriers, but you cant baby wear all the time, especially when cooking or washing dishes. This solved our issue, he didnt fuss because I was able to engage with him by having him right next to me while I got stuff done. He had a couple of blowouts while seated in this, we actually called it the magic pooping chair. We also used this chair to feed him when we started introducing him to solids because he didnt seem to like his high chair at first. Depending on the level of clean up needed, the cover cleaned up easily with baby wipes or by throwing it in the wash.

Greater than one weekThis has ultimately been a good buy for us, although I feel annoyed every time I think about how much it cost. We started using this when our baby was 10 weeks old and we moved overseas. We wanted something lightweight, portable, and easy to stow. This meets all those requirements. I love that I can pick it up and put it in the kitchen or the bedroom or wherever I am. Our baby never really enjoyed the lower seat settings, so we only use it in the fully-upright position. She tolerates it for up to 20 minutes or so, max, but thats long enough to fold some laundry or empty the dishwasher. I also love the design and colors; I dont mind it sitting out in our living room. In the beginning, that was important when I still cared about whether my house looked like a daycare, but now that my baby is nearly six months and crawling everywhere, the whole living room is plastered in play mats and toys. Also, the toy rack is nice (although another annoying added expense). It was the first item my baby reached for, and I believe it was what taught her to use her hands. She was batting at the toy rack a full month before she started reaching for toys on the floor. Finally, I love that this thing is easy to clean. Weve had a couple of blowout diapers while she was sitting in this, and it was so easy to just snap off the cover and throw it in the wash. WAY easier than a baby swing, with all the connectors and parts to disassemble. Speaking of swings, we got this in place of a swing, but I sort of regret that. Her nana bought a swing to have at her house, and the baby LOVES that thing, while she only tolerates the chair. This was a useful buy, but the cost still frustrates me (which is why I only give it 4 stars). If I turn on the fireplace and put baby in her chair in front of the fire, she will watch that thing for ages while sitting in the chair. Also *cough cough* baby einstein works well on those days when youre really desperate for 15 minutes. In other words, this thing keeps baby safe and contained when you need them to be, but its not like baby LOVES the chair or anything.

> 3 dayWe started using the bouncer when our baby was about a month old. He wanted to be in constant motion and it was so exhausting bouncing him in our arms constantly. Enter the BABYBJÖRN Bouncer! We would put him in the bouncer and use our foot to bounce him. Instant calming! Two months later we use the bouncer every single day - it is his spot in the evenings while we eat dinner. The fabric is super soft and easy to wash. It hugs him while he sits and he often doses off. Total lifesaver!

> 3 dayI am on baby number three and wish I had this bouncer for all of them! My 5 week old has been having significant issues with silent reflux (all of my babies have had this) and is so uncomfortable most of the time that she needs to be held or in the Boba wrap. She rests comfortably in this and is even falling asleep for her naps in it. It gives her enough elevation that it seems to improve the reflux enough that she can rest. This item is very nicely made and came fully assembled. I waited about a week to purchase this because of the cost, but it really is worth it. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayOut of all the baby products/equipment we have at home, this is the MOST used piece. My baby loves this bouncer, we always put him in it if not holding him, and he usually just bounces and chill next to us. He always looks so comfortable in it, makes me want to sit in an adult version if it was ever invented!
