> 24 hourPerfect fit, and protection for the lower back and spine area. My son is 53 weighing in at 109 lbs. We went with the adult size due to the Youth Size was too small in measurement. As you can see from the picture, it covers his entire lower back area, without restricting his motion. I recommend putting a small drop of Blue Loctite to secure the fastener threads, to the shoulder pads, so that it will not loosen up during the game.

> 24 hourIt looks great, fits well and is soft where the padding is. However, it’s very difficult to install on the shoulder pads and it has come off numerous times. It would be great if it would stay in place.
