> 3 dayDefinitely will do what its marketed for! Its got some pretty good resistance to it and will help you build those glutes! The leopard pattern is really nice too. The band seems highly durable and should last for a long time.

> 3 dayI like the logo, the design, sturdiness, the colors...almost everything about this resistance band. I wish I could give it the highest of marks. My concern is that it is not suitable for people that are overweight. It is hard to bring it up the thighs is youre not lean, much less stretching it. How can this encourage a healthy lifestyle if not everyone can partake? If they had size varieties, it would be a 5 for me. For now, I can only recommend it for people that are not heavy on the thighs. A bit of a bummer. I still encourage you to check out other Bear Grips items. They have some belts that can still work for a variety of sizes. This one was not a hit for me, but other items of theirs have worked for me.

> 3 dayI am no connoisseur of booty bands (the only other one Ive ever tried is one I made myself out of the top of a pair of pantyhose), but I am happy with this one! It seems like it was made with care, and the company takes pride in its work. Its very thick and durable, and offers a firm resistance. There are non-slip strips of elastic on the inside, so it stays in place, even if youre doing exercises that cause you to scissor your legs. Ive tried it with both leggings and shorts (so bare skin), and its stayed put equally well and felt comfortable for both. A small downside: When doing squats, I have to keep my legs farther apart than I normally would to feel the resistance, but when I do, I can tell its working! I am confident this product is going to help me strengthen my weak outer hip muscles if I keep it up. Fortunately, I love the pastel dyed color so much, it actually motivates me to want to work out! I might actually have to seek out new workouts just so I can get more use out of it! It might be more versatile if it were adjustable, but that might compromise its strength, so maybe we cant have it all.

> 3 dayI really like this exercise band. It seems very durable. It has grips on the inside so it doesnt slide. The seam appears very sturdy. I havent had any problems with it rolling or folding on me. Definitely worth the price!

> 3 dayGreat resistance band for working out , this resistance band has really helped me level up on my lower body workouts. I had been using thin plastic bands and this band is so much better. It’s comfortable and very durable it works from doing squats to my donkey kicks . I love it definitely a must have for working out !

16-06-2025I have several resistance bands but not one that specifically targets the butt like this one. Its very well made, strong and durable, comfortable on my legs and gives me the boots burn I cant accomplish with Bosu squats and weights. I an now using this while on my boss and adding weights. I really feel muscles working that I havent felt before. Great item to add to your home gym!!! For the money, its worth the value.

> 3 dayThis band is heavy duty and strong. Perfect work out band for leg workouts and some ab workouts. Would recommend this any day over this rubber band packages you get. If you enjoy band workouts or just want to challenge your workouts definitely get this. You will not be disappointed.

> 3 dayBear grips resistance band is unlike other bands I’ve used in the past. This material is thick, made very well, and it doesn’t roll around like the “rubber band” style bands. My bear grips band has non-slip grips on the inside to help keep the band secure and in place during workouts and you don’t have to worry about skin pinches! It’s also adorable!! My only complaint is I feel it could be a little larger, but I love it!

Greater than one weekThe peacock print is so cute and this has been helping me do gym-worthy workouts in the comfort of my own home. The band is thick and provides a lot of resistance and helps me get ready for the summer!

> 3 dayI LOVE THESE BANDS. Sorry for yelling, but its true. Ive been doing Apple Fitness+ for about 18 months now and needed a little something to help up the difficulty of the lower body workouts for me. Enter these bands - I position them right below my glutes and it really makes everything in the lower body fire SO much harder. Try this if you want to challenge the heck out of yourself : put the band below your glutes. Then lay on the floor, on your side. Try to do some bicycles with your top leg and tell me that doesnt BURN!! These bands offer a great amount of resistance, even for experienced exercisers. Cant recommend them enough, and the designs make them that much cooler!
