> 3 dayIve started making protein shakes and cant invest in a blender. I had read about these shakers and its a good alternative if youre not trying to macerate fruit or anything else chunky. I just use almond milk and protein mix, close it up tight (seriously, close it tight) and shake shake shake. Good results, no lumps. Easy to clean. Add a drop of dish soap and hot water, close it and shake it and rinse it. Pretty simple. Good product for the price point.

> 3 dayThe shaker is great, it mixes well, cleans easy, and doesnt leak. However it does retain the smell of the pre-workout I use even after washing throughly. This is expected with some plastics and at this price I certainly cant complain, but it is something to note if potent pre-workout smell messes with you.
