I use my bottle to mix Super Foods and either water, or chocolate almond milk and it gets the job done every time without the need for a spoon and 20 minutes worth of mixing to dissolve the powder. Blender Bottles are extremely easy to operate and you can use them for more than mixed drinks. If you need scrambled eggs, or pancakes mixed up, this is your “go-to” mixer. Works much better than other blend bottles due to the metal blend ball. This is the perfect size for a morning protein shake.

LOVE the moss green color! I much prefer this size as compared to the bigger versions. It is perfect for my morning shake and it’s easier to store.

Works great for what it is, I like these smaller sized shaker cups for preworkout and after drinking that I reuse it and make my post workout protein drink before hitting the gym so as to have it ready to go. Easier to get a quick shake and break up and not to mention clean. I have larger ones but in general these are my go to’s.
