BOBOVR M2 Plus Head Strap Twin Battery Combo Accessories,Compatible with Quest 2,Dual Battery Pack + Magnetic Charging Dock

I waited a week for it to arrive, unsure if I should cancel and go with a cheaper option. When it arrived it was a bit difficult to put the headset in it as I was scared to break the headset but after I got it in it was so much more comfortable than the headache inducing original Quest2 headstrap, and the battery life is insane! Since Ive been using the battery packs the headset battery life hasnt gone below 70% over 4 hours of gameplay, swapping the batteries out can really give you an indefinite amount of battery life. I recommend this to anyone that wants to replace the quest2 headstrap and get more battery life.

Much better than original head strap

I’ve been using this for a few weeks and it’s great at removing the pressure from my face. I notice the headset way less which really helps with game immersion. The magnets on the batteries make swapping them out really easy even without taking off the headset. The joints move really well so removing the headset and putting it on just feels nicer than the standard or pro straps.

From all the headsets ive tried, regular, elite i can confirm that they aren’t good infact I understand if youre looking for something that would charge your battery during sessions, people have recommended the rebuff reality power bank, tho spec wise its good but its HEAVY on the head and would interrupt every time you play. With bobovr’s headset the recommendations online are over the roof with the M2 plus, magnetic battery that would last you a total of 10 hours, and a very comfortable lightweight headset that the battery attaches to the back! So nothing interrupts you while playing and you barely notice the battery because they are also lightweight and very powerful and high quality! It even comes with a charging dock and it’s crazy how much you’re getting here for the money with this headset. Overall if youre looking for that sweet upgrade for your vr this is it!

I like it but wish I could adjust those 2 horn pieces on top of the headset. I can feel it dig into my scalp and I keep adjusting it. I took the velcro connected pieces out and in spite of having a small head I have to choose between the headset being too tight in the back giving me a headache or thr horns on top digging into my scalp. It needs more clicks for adjusting per mm not cm difference and the horn should be able to adjust outward to allow for a bigger head. Its as if all headset accessories dir this VR headset are made for childrens heads.

This was recommend by a friend of mine and its a game changer. The headset is so comfortable and the battery life lasts so much longer. I love not being tethered to a power cord. Lesson I learned was to have your headset fully charged before inserting the battery to make it last the longest.

This is the third head strap Ive tried (not counting the one that comes with the Oculus) and Ive finally found the one that works. My issue has been that the weight of the Oculus pulls the head strap down and it ends up pressing uncomfortably on my cheek bones. When I tried to relieve the pressure by adjusting the top strap the weight of the Oculus still pulled the entire head strap down. Both of the other straps could be tightened down, but I found that because I have long hair they would just slide up on the back of my head. The BOBOVR M2 finally holds everything in place comfortably. The head strap itself is secure on my head, so the Oculus is held in contact with my face instead of resting on my face. I dont get the red ring from having the Oculus tight against my face, but the rig feels secure and stays in place as I move around. Also, TWO battery packs! One is always charging and can be swapped out instantly if needed. Im not hard core, but if you are, its a nice feature. I wish I had bought this at the start.

Stable but waiting for help. I bought this hoping it would allow me to play with my daughter for a while but when I tried to use the battery NOTHING JUST RED I Charged both batteries overnight so I knew they were fully charged so what now the cord? And the reason I give 4 stars is if you buy a battery charger you should get the total package meaning the freaking plug not just the cord. That’s a total cheap move and makes me fill a certain way about the company as a whole. VR nickels and dimes everything already so this was really petty. Anyway I will either return the entire set which is a shame because it is comfy but if I can’t get it to charge I’m not paying 100.00 dollars for a head set. Please let me know if anyone knows how to fix this on a new bobovrm2?

If you have the original strap or elite including the knockoffs, any of the BoboVR bands are a huge increase in comfort. I had already upgraded the original BoboVR (no battery) prior to purchasing this one. This will be my 3rd BoboVR purchase for the Quest2 headsets my family has. All have held up great and I have no regrets with any of them. The plus model fixes the minor complaints I had about previous versions - difficulty keeping the front halo/band in place and not tightening enough. And then it goes beyond fixing the previous complaints and makes it more comfortable with the larger back part and easier to get on correctly with the velcro connecting the front halo to the headset. 100% worth the price if youre trying to be comfortable in VR.
