Prevent chaffing between your thighs, like if youre at the salty beach or your thigh are a bit plump. Some of my runner friends use it to prevent nipple chafe. Among my friends its a hiking necessity like sunscreen.

Easy to use and does what it is intended to do

Every now and again I try to save money by buying the alternative. But they just aren’t the same. 4 stars cuz it’s pricier that I feel it should be. But it beats paying for something and hating it just to come back and get the good stuff. Save your money and just get the body glide.
