My husband and I had a great time playing this game small enough to take traveling with us

Hours of fun for the family. Even 9 year old enjoys it. Great that the timer fits inside the lid so it’s compact and doesn’t require an additional outer box.

My granddaughter plays this game and she’s only 7. I purchased it to play with friends. It’s such a fun game

Boggle is one of my favorite go-to solo games (and it is perfectly wonderful to play with a friend if they are so inclined) I have multiple boggle games, and pick them up any time I see them at thrift stores. I find this game to be engaging and relaxing at the same time. I always take this when travelling as it is compact and you can play it anywhere. I play in airports, on the road, in the hotel, waiting in doctors offices, etc. If doing homestays I always leave boggle behind (hence the buying of so many used ones) The case on this newest iteration is by far the best of all my versions. The case locks tight and has a nitch to hold the timer securely.

Same great game, but I like it better when it comes with the cardboard box to store it in.

I grew up playing Boggle with my family, and now that my kids are second graders, I thought this was the perfect time to bust out an old favorite. Instead of asking my mom to try and find the old family set -which was probably incomplete due to letters allegedly being thrown like missiles when the parents werent watching - I ordered this one off Amazon for $9.87. Cant beat the price cant beat it for under $10, and it was the standard set, although appeared to be smaller than the 1980s version. This set comes with a timer that snaps into the lid, the letters, and a snap on lid. The lid is extremely hard to pull off, which is why Ive given it three stars. I recall the older set to be much more user-friendly and larger - therefore easier for those of us now over 40 to read. Still same old game, though, and my kids love it.

Love how compact the case is while having s timer & full size cubes

Hard to get open. Plastic box is poorly designed and is hard to open every time you want to open the cover. Not as good as the original boggle !!!

Earn points by spotting words your friends don’t before time runs out. Shake the grid to mix up the letter cubes. Then lift the lid and flip the timer. Players have 90 seconds to write down as many words as they can find on the grid before time is up. At the end of the round, score the words. If two or more players find the same word, that word doesn’t count. The player with the highest score wins. Game comes in an easy to store travel case for both timer and dice.
