> 3 dayI needed a two hole punch to organize my at-home files. I would need a hold punch with an 8 inch setting and an 8 3/4 inch setting. This only had the 8 3/4 setting and there was no way to adjust accurately. Just spend a few more dollars for a Master MP 250 if youre needing multiple punch settings. It is nicely lightweight though.

> 3 dayWhen I first opened the package, I was concerned since the box was small. Well, it’s perfect for small office spaces. This hole puncher is small and the handle locks down, taking up less volume space. I included photos of it in both locked and unlocked position for your reference. There’s also a photo for box/product size reference compare to a small mouse on an 8.5 x 11 file folder. Also, you can adjust the paper size with the slider but it can easily slide out when you pull. So pull with caution; not a big deal since it can be put back in easily. Oh, it’s an easy punch! So the two winning points for me are the compact size and easy punch/squeeze; very comfortable to use. Note, this is not the same brand that was advertised but the design and capacity are the same.

> 3 dayOutstanding hole punch! This is the best two hole punch we have ever had in the office. It is so superior to the standard type. It takes less effort to use, punches more pages at once and makes larger holes which make the pages easier to side into place than the old standard size. When you have as many records to insert into files and patient medical charts as we do in medical offices its easy to understand the importance of such things. We like is so well that we plan to replaced all of our old types with this version. We are very satisfied with it.

> 3 dayThis is a well designed and though out punch. Its solid, with a metal body and handle, and locks closed. Why on earth would they include a flimsy plastic paper guide, when the rest of the construction is so great? One reviewer was concerned that the guide could break if the punch dropped. Mine didnt even make it to the door; the guide came pre-broken for my convenience. At least this way I get to return it instead of having it break after the refund window. The punch is pretty useless without the guide, as its what enables you to punch the holes in the right position to attached sheets to a fastener file folder. I suppose that I could upgrade to the 40 sheet model, which has a metal guide, but its overkill for my needs and takes up more space on my desk. Bummed.

> 3 dayI always expect when I get a hole puncher to be able to fill it up to the brim with paper and punch through all the papers effortlessly. Naturally, just like with every other hole puncher Ive tried, that didnt happen with this hole puncher. I always wonder why they dont make the space smaller so you cant fit too many papers in there. The open space misleads me. Other than that, this is still a great hole puncher. Way better than the one I was using before. It doesnt stick, and it takes up very little desk space.

> 3 dayThe PaperPro 2-Hole Punch is a fairly well-made product. My only criticism is that the guide is flimsy plastic. Otherwise its fairly sturdy. Perfect for punching reports for filing papers in fastener file folders such as those used in doctors offices. Around the home, I havent found much practical use. The PaperPro seems to have no problem handling a stack of papers and works smoothly and effortlessly. Very nice that it has a bin to collect the confetti.
