Braun ThermoScan Lens Filters for Ear Thermometer, Disposable Covers LF40US01 (40 Count)

I really like this meter but I wish it had a backlight. That would be especially good for reading it in the middle of the night.

Ive had a Braun digital thermometer since my first baby and had it now for over 23 years. Never had any problems and Im happy that I can still find the ear covers. This is my 3rd purchase of this product and as long as the company continues to make the covers, I will continue to buy them.

Could not find replacements in stores. Clicks on and off like the ones that came with then temp gun.

Have to keep track of your temperature? This is the easy way to do it. When youre done, just toss the cover away.

It’s does it’s job perfectly

These filters are needed if you want to use this thermometer. It will not work unless you have a cover over the earpiece. Thank God the covers are cheap and I dont change it very often. I have one child so Im not going from ear to ear with others. To be honest, I probably would if I had more children. Ive stuck it in my ear after his. Anyway, they give you 40 of them for about $5. Should last a good long time. I like the thermometer this fits on, but it only came with the one starter sheath for the earpiece. I wish it came with one more emergency one to give you time to find these and get them home. I didnt realize that without it the thermometer wouldnt work.

Our Braun thermometer will not function unless a cover is on the tip. These attach easily and are comfortable to use in the ear. I feel they are kinda pricey, especially since they are meant for single use. We went through a phase of constantly checking temperatures due to pandemic induced anxiety so a 40 pack doesnt seem to last long if each tip is tossed in the trash after being used. Personally, I have reused the tips if its being used on the same person. However, they do seem to give an inaccurate reading if the tip is reused more than a few times. If they were cheaper, I probably wouldnt do this, so I guess that would be my only complaint is the cost.

They fit perfectly on our Braun ear thermometer

These are the same as the original lens filters that came with this thermometer. Ive tried to order these lens filters in the past from another seller, who claimed they were the correct fit. They were NOT and were too big and totally useless. However, THIS PURCHASE was the perfect fit and I am very happy with this purchase. I got 80 filters for a very reasonable price.

They are easy to use.
