> 3 daySomeone had their thinking caps on when they put this package together with a longer life Black Cartridge and shorter life color cartridges. We do a lot of printing, mostly text, and with the first two sets we have bought, the color cartridges ran out just about when the Black cartridge did and it looks like that will be the case with the most recent purchase. Having tried compatibles in the past, have found OEM is the way to go.

> 3 dayShould of been more wary of the price of these cartridges two of the four toner cartridges were leaking toner and it wasnt immediately apparent, we took our printer to a repair tech after the black toner cartridge started leaving black residue dots that were quite thick on various print jobs, we had just replaced the belt in the color laser copier and the leaking toner ruined the brand new replacement belt we had just installed for $90.00. The average price of new toner cartridges should be around 120-160$ so four cartridges for $260.00 should of been a indicator that these cartridges although unopened were past their prime or had somehow been repackaged. Ultimately i paid the price for trying to save a little bit of money amd had to junk the four toner cartridges that i bought at the recommendation of the printer tech who is certified by brother for repairs. And i had to replace the belt i had just replaced for 90$ so i wasted $260 on these faulty toner cartridges plus 90$ for the belt so i am out 350$ and i still need to by four new toner cartridges and a belt, i believe office depot amd staples charge 150$ per color toner cartridge so i am looking at $600 plus the cost of another replacement belt. Very dissappointing wish i could get my money back.

> 3 dayI have ordered ink before from other vendors. A lot of times I get refurbished. These were original in the retail packaging. These fit my printer MFC-9440CN! I love them, and they are cheaper then the stores. I will order them again.

> 3 dayThis is a great product. I chose OEM as they perform better than aftermarket product. You get what you pay for with toner.

> 3 dayFinally used up the last little bit of toner from the original toner cartridges which came with the new printer a couple of years ago. (Yeah, I know, Im pretty stingy with toner and toner $.) Installed all four cartridges following clearly printed instructions which accompanied each of the four color toner cartridges. No hitches. Turned printer on, printed a couple of perfect test pages, and Im back in business for what I hope will be another year or two. I definitely would and will use this vendor again. (BTW, when I got around to opening the shipping container this morning, there was a little gift from Brother slipped in with the four boxes of color toner: a brand new belt-mount cell phone holster which EXACTLY matches the dimensions of my Sony Ericsson phone! I dont know how the folks at Brother made such a to-the-exact-millimeter match (Im checking the printer for hidden cameras :>), but along with a flawless product, it was a nice touch.
