> 3 dayThis is a very effective product. However, make sure you loosen the adjustable velcro strap before you put it on. The eye pads are thick, and if the strap holding it on is too tight, when you take the item off your face, you will have blurry eyesight for a few minutes because the pads press into your cornea. Just take a second and dont fasten it too tight and you will be very satisfied with this product.

> 3 dayI had to order another as I burned the first. I had been told to use hot compresses, a hot wash cloth as hot as I could get it, so I did the same with this. Burned up. So please be careful to follow instructions as I do now. 20 seconds and then if not hot enough in five second intervals for maximum of 30 seconds.
