13-06-2025I use thiis sponge for my shower, as a body scrubber. It keeps my skin soft, sloughing old skin on a daily basis. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone. I was afraid I would never find them again, and was so happy to find them on Amazon.

Greater than one weekI am 64 years old and have been using these since I was a teenager. My daughters use them as well. There is nothing better to exfoliate your skin which would be the blue side or your face which would be the white side. Everyone should use these they are the best.
