I bought this for my husband as a gift to hold his Xbox controller. Once he tried to place the controller, the arm fell. :( I suggest the vendor should consider placing it in a box instead of a shipping bag to avoid product damage.

Parfaitement bien faite pas de débordement niveau peinture poid excellent pour eviter le basculement de la manette il manquerai juste un peut de détaille (fusil dans le dos ou autres) la manette reste stable et le support aussi meme apres avoir mis une bonne pichnette dedans produit conforme aux attentes

So the master chief controller holder is a nice touch to my gaming desk. When In the box the item looked fine but when I took it out I noticed one of the hands has a chip in it. So the item is clearly damaged. I requested a replacement straight away as I saw the item was in stock, but in doing so I’ve been told to send the original one back within 30 days and the estimated delivery date for the replacement is TWO MONTHS. 17th of august to be precise. Absolute joke to say the least. I’m hoping it’s just a glitch In the system and the new replacement will arrive in one piece tomorrow but I won’t hold my breath. If it doesn’t or Isn’t at least dispatched by tomorrow then I’ll just cancel the order and go somewhere else.

Product would be great if it wasnt broken. Big disappointment.
