Camelina Oil 4 OZ

> 3 dayI liked the Lisse Cosmetics Camelina Oil which is rich in fatty acids--I use it as a skin and scalp moisturizer. I also like that it deeply absorbs into the surface of my skin, which makes it great for replenishing my dry scalp and face. The large 4 oz. size bottle makes it an excellent value for the price--five stars!

> 3 dayI was surprised to see a full size bottle when most similar products for your face are an ounce or so. I do not notice any overpowering scent while using it. I first tried it on the back of my hands to test it. I felt and saw a noticeable difference. Using it now on my face and neck. At 65 years old, I am not expecting miracles but one can always hope. I also plan on trying it in my hair just to see what it does

> 3 dayI did some reading on this product and I am willing to give it a chance to see if it works for hair and skin and as a moisturizer.

13-06-2025This is a pretty good sized bottle of this oil. I had never heard of it before, but research is showing that it is good for use in cosmetics. The oil is reasonably thick and yellow. It has an interesting scent that I can’t quite place, perhaps a bit woodsy, but not quite pine. I sample tested on the back of my hands after doing dishes, and my hands absorbed this oil instantly. My hands became soft and supple. With that result, the face is next. I love the results of this Camerina oil. Give it a try.

> 3 dayThis simple, all-natural oil is useful as a daytime touch-up for my dry hands that I feel like I dont have to worry about washing completely off before I eat. Not a big fan of shiny skin so using sparingly. A bonus is that this is a generous amount for a reasonable price compared to other moisturizers.

> 3 dayI got this to use with essential oils. It is a stronger smell and overpowered the chamomile, but not the eucalyptus. The smell of the carrier is ok on its own so its not the end of the world. It is a nice moisturizer that absorbs so well and isnt greasy. I think I want to find more uses for it.

> 3 dayThe oil is indeed great quality, but using it as a final step in a facial routine might not be the best use for it. It feels much richer and thicker than other cosmetic oils that Ive used (BioOil, the Ordinary HemiSqualane, SuperGreens, and Camellia oleifera oil of the same brand) Its uncomfortable to have something that rich/greasy sitting on the skin for a prolonged period. BUT Used as a massage oil, its very warm and comforting on the skin. Fragrance-wise, it smells a lot like linseed oil (the oil that is used in oil paintings--Im familiar with it because my mom used to paint a lot) Anyway, yeah. Great as a massage oil, not so much as a facial oil.. and not rated for ingestion (at least this product isnt, but theres a lot of articles touting Camelina sativas benefit as an addition to the diet)
