My inside zipper was off track when I received it, but I was able to fix it myself. There are small pegs? On the bottom of the bag so your bag doesnt sit directly on the floor; a nice feature I was unaware of before buying.

Greater than one weekIm so so mad right now.I always give reviews of everything I buy and I dont think Ive ever had something come in the mail like this before. Out of the package it is completely torn bit and chewed up by a dog theres bleach stains on it. For them to send this to someone thinking that its acceptable absolutely blows my mind what a waste of time and money. Ive wanted a bag like this for so long I was so excited I read the reviews and there was a really good one. Honestly looking at the picture though Im pretty sure that person was on c r a c ... I could cry I had plans to use this bag today for the weekend...
