I got the box of ink. Two of the colors leaked all over as soon as I took the plastic off. It must have been damaged.

When replacing cartridges, 2 of them leaked all over my hands, clothing and carpet! Never had such an experience in changing cartridges!

Do not buy the imitations. Canon is a reliable ink product. Costs a little more but it is compatible with my Canon printer. I do not have time to try bargain brands.

When I was changing the ink cartridges I had ink to leak out of the new ones on to my hand. I had never had this happen before. Dont know if I did something wrong or not - did I?

Prompt delivery service is a plus but I wish the price wasn’t quite so high.
