He likes to try to grab it, after a few minutes of playing then go to sleep. It has good quality and design. Squeezing elephant and cloud hanging toy makes sounds. Shaking hot balloon toy makes a wind chime sound. It even has a teether hanging toy! It’s very easy to place it on a bar, like in car seat, stroller bar, crib rails, baby gym, baby carrier, shopping cart handles. The only problem is the hanging toys are a little far for newborn baby to reach, bigger babies are fine.
