> 3 dayThis was the best purchase Ive ever made, it will definitely keep you warm in 30(°f)degree weather, and will continue to keep you warm in colder weather if you where a layer or two under neath. Im normally a 3X but choose a 5X (because I wanted an oversized hoodie), and it was extremely oversized, much more than I was expecting, nonetheless, I still love it, but if you want something you size or a tiny bit bigger I would probably recommend your regular size.
