I travel a lot, and I have to carry a backpack with quite a bit of heavy electronic equipment. Past carry-ons that I have had did not handle the weight of the backpack well, and were difficult to maneuver, but this design works great. In addition to the smooth wheels (I can literally push it with my fingertips) the flat design of the case holds anything put on top of it securely and balanced. I am very happy with this purchase.

I wanted to try more reasonably priced luggage before buying bigger brand names. Since this is also backed by Prime free returns, I thought Id buy this first. Right away, the weight felt significant. The product description here and on their site states its 7 lbs, but it did not feel like it and when put on a scale it was around 9lbs. Many airlines allow carry on luggage to be around 20lbs, so the bag itself was almost half of that weight. I thought the case itself was pretty decent, but when I bought the more expensive brand of luggage, I felt there was a significant difference in quality. The brand name was almost double the price of this, but it felt a lot more durable and worth the cost. I also bought a $40 no brand luggage on Amazon to compare, and although that one felt cheap, it doesnt feel too different from this luggage. If you dont want to spend a lot of money on a luggage, I would suggest you buy an even cheaper cost of bag than this one because the quality wouldnt be that big of a difference.

This luggage is a breeze to handle and the inside storage compartments are spacious. Everything stays organized and unwrinkled.

Update - I ended up returning it because I found something that wheeled better on carpet and felt more durable for cheaper

I was initially concerned because this carry on size did not have compression straps that came with the larger size, but the zipper compartments inside worked very, very well. Each side neatly held everything I needed for a one-week stay. Admittedly, I am someone who packs lightly, but this size held everything I needed for varied weather conditions at my destination and I could have packed even more items. The case is very easy to pack, close and very, very easy to maneuver through airports or airplane isles. It made my travels so easy. I am so glad I chose this one. If there were one thing I wish it had, it would be an expandable zipper; otherwise, it was perfect for my needs!

Really love my Level 8 Carry On. First of all its very stylish. It held everything I needed and it seems to be durable. Took a trip to Cancun and I was able to fit everything I needed in it together with my back pack. We will so how it holds up over time but so far so good!

I bought this because of its minimalist and sleek design. Boy does this thing scratch easily. Theres a label that came with the suitcase that says its anti-scratch and it already scratched during my first trip. All it took was a little bump to the corner. I didnt expect a seemingly sturdy looking suitcase to be so delicate. I used it as a carry-on. I cant imagine what kind of damage to expect if youre going to check this and let TSA through it around.

Low quality product. I would not buy again

Just back from a twelve day trip to Europe and Im glad I went with carry-on only with a cross-body sling bag fitting nicely over the handles.
