Ive had my Lacie hard drive for a while. Love it. This storage case was the perfect solution for where to store my hard drive. It has one side for the Lacie and the other side for cables. It is hard-sided for extra protection and even has a detachable carry strap. So happy with this case.

Recently spent 30 days in Europe, only took a carry-on with me. It was really critical to be able to back up photographs and video, this case gave a little extra security to the external hard drive. Wouldn’t travel without it

Drive will disconnect from computer often, and at the wrong time. Very disappointed in it.

Convenient for when using outdoors.

Hard case is soft. Doesn’t offer protection just looks the part. Would have gone with another brand I’ve used before that was stronger and more durable.

The product received was large enough to store the LaCie Mobile Drive 4T. I would have liked for the case to be a bit larger so the Drive could be stored in the case with the USB chord still in the unit but it is not large enough to do so. It must be removed and stored in the netted compartment within the unit. However, the storage case seems quite sturdy.
