Case Logic CDE-48 48 Capacity Heavy Duty CD Wallet, Black

I still have a lot of CDs that I listen to in the car. This was exactly what I wanted! Small enough to stash out of the way, but holds a lot of CDs. IDK about durability yet, as I just got it....

I bought this to place my Xbox and Ps4 games that had missing or broken cases. I love how compact it is. Cant go wrong with Case Logic.

This product might be slightly more expensive than the similar ones but totally worth it. Its sturdy on the outside and inside the sheets are thick and protective. A little note on capacity: while it does hold 72 disks as advertised and it closes properly it felt a bit too much and I removed 8, so I would say the comfortable capacity is 64.

I hoped the case would slip between the passenger seat and the center console for easy access. I didnt measure first. It can still fit under the seat. Seems pretty durable. I dont play my cds or switch them as often as some people.

The Good: The slightly reflective metallic blue color is very attractive, as is the case molding; which seems to be made of a stiff rubber that is soft to the touch. The zipper is sturdy, works smoothly and is attached to the case quite well. You can shake this case like a maraca, but once the CDs are inside their sleeves and the case zipped close nothing will slide loose. Theres some room at the back/bottom of the case to fit CD literature (theres no pocket, these will simply lay loose). The Bad: Lightly pressed/glued rather than stitched sleeves. The sleeves are not made for heavy-duty use; so if youre a DJ, or serious music lover wholl be sliding CDs in and out multiple times a day I would suggest a Slappa hard body case instead - you get what you pay for. The Ugly: Case arrived smelling like it had marinated in a cigarette factory prior to shipment. Im not sure if the smell is from the materials that the case is made of or if the case was somehow exposed to something adverse. Sadly the smell is so strong that its nauseating, but it isnt worth the hassle of returning. My hope is that this is an anomaly and that most buyers wont experience the same issue. - If it werent for the cigarette smell I would have rated this with 4 stars. Overall: A functional and good-looking (dare I say sleek) storage option for the average user - that is priced reasonably.

There isnt much storage room in a Mustang. This Case Logic CD holders fits perfectly in the glove box for easily storage and access. Well made.

There isnt much that can be said about a CD holder. I got this one because Im moving my entire PS3/Blu-ray collection into it instead of carrying around all these boxes. Overall it seems very well made, the outer shell is hard enough that it would survive a drop or fall without damaging the discs. My only complaint is that the case has a very pungent chemical smell to it. Normally I dont mind stuff like this, but this case smells like a factory... or chemicals... or something. Its very strong. I assume the smell will eventually go away as you use the case, and shuffle it around, I was just a little surprised. No one else seems to have mentioned this so maybe I just got a weird one?

Bought this for my kid’s DVD collection for the long car rides.

I have a young disabled son who uses this like his favorite book every day. Place what you go to the most in the center of the binder, what you view least at the ends. It has out lasted many, many others but still...he will defeat them all!

My main concern buying cd cases online was that the inserts werent microfiber so I couldnt test the cloth to be sure that my CDs and DVDs wouldnt get scratched. I have now tested them and am happy to say my discs are scratch free.
