The handle cover fits perfectly and works great so I dont have to use a towel or hot pad to grab or move my skillet. The metal mesh cleaner also is the best addition to make for a quick and easy cast iron cleaner. Great products, high quality, 10/10 recommend!

I bought a couple is these sets before Christmas. Wanted to keep one for myself and give the other to my mother-in-law for a gift. Had no idea at that time how these would soon become my favorite kitchen tools! The skillet handle cover is a life saver but my FAVORITE is the chain cleaner! It cleans like a dream and doesn’t get food caught in it!! So much better than a scrubber or steel wool pads! Our whole house is in love with these products! I’m going to order more!

The quality on this gift set is seriously impressive. I was looking for a gift for my father-in-law, who loves to cook in his cast iron skillet, and came across The Journey Home set. Not only does it look fantastic (its nestled in a foam bed, which both keeps the scrubber from scratching the handle holder, and also displays it so perfectly), but I think the quality will keep both items useful for years to come. Favorite things: • There is a hole punched in the handle cover/pot holder! It can stay on during storage! GENIUS!!! • The box (about 8.25 square, 1 deep) is a great quality box--the kind your mom or grandma want to keep to use for future gifts. No skimping here. • The handle/pot holder feels great; the leather is soft, but thick enough to keep from burning your hand on the pan. • The chain mail scrubber is pleasantly slinky, but also hefty; grease and stuck food bits stand no chance against it. • We chose the slow, free delivery--and it still arrived in 3 days! I loved how handsome the packaging for everything is! Handsome black box, with clean placement inside the box. The leather handle fit perfectly on my cast iron skillet, and the chain scrub pad works great! My first recommendation for anybody looking at a cast iron scrubber, and will be buying for a number of my friends and relatives. The open ring on the chains is an interesting touch, I personally wouldve soldered them closed, and made the pad about two rings wider to fit larger hands, but a great overall package. 4.99 stars realistically, but rounds up to 5.
