> 24 hourAs a plus size women, this fit perfectly and is comfortable enough to wear over night or under a tee-shirt during the day. I applied the oil straight to my skin while standing and didn’t have any oil leaks out of the top, bottoms or the outer layer. The interior fabric is soft on the skin but not overly absorbent as to waste castor oil in the process like a tee shirt would. While this is my first time using castor oil packs, I can’t really imagine anything that could be changed to improve this product. Two thumbs up.

> 24 hourIt fits very comfortably on me even as a much bigger person. Doesn’t feel like it’s cutting into me it’s very soft. The adjustable straps were very easy to use getting it on by myself. I can’t wait to see if this will help me sleep!

It is my first time using a castor oil pack so I really wanted a mess-free and comfortable pack that I could easily use. This delivers. It has a soft fleece against the skin and a PUL type fabric for the outside layer, so it protects the clothing. The straps are super long and easy to use. And the pocket for the heat or cold pad is a good size. Overall, Im very pleased!
