14-06-2025Great cordage for many outdoor purposes. Have switched to this for many things for which I used to use paracord. The tar makes the cord easy to handle and knot.

> 3 dayI bought two spools of this stuff and have already used about 3/4 of one spool making an A-frame shelter. It seems to be very strong after lashing several joints and putting a lot of pressure on the line. The only thing that bothered me is that it tends to come off the spool easily when trying to hold on to the spool while wrapping the lashings, other than that its fine. Id recommend this product.

09-06-2025I saw a lot of bush crafters using this and so I figured I would give it a try. Sure enough, it works just like they said! I like this as much or probably more than paracord for a lot of applications. But, I will say there are some things I do prefer Amsteel or paracord for but for 98% of camp chores or bushcraft tasks, this is my go-to.

> 3 dayThis is lightly tared nylon cord. thinner than paracord, but holds a knot well. if you know what your are doing, i am sure you could set a snare with it easily, but according to the research i have been doing online, this would not work for a bow. probably wont stretch enough. anyway, the cord is good for many uses, and is much lighter and smaller in the pocket than paracord. (I keep rope in my pocket and practice knots to fidget.) I did have to use a lighter to fuse the ends of the rope after cutting it but that is expected. One thing is it will cut into the hands if pulling on the cord with the hands, and this is due to the size.
