Greater than one weekIts actually for under the water dish for both a cat and 2 lg dogs. It makes it easier for me. This is my second one. And I also bought one for my daughter. I love them.

> 3 dayWe bought this because we have a robot vacuum that runs into the cat water dish and knocks water all over the hardwood floors. The tray has 1 inch edges and grippy feet, so our vacuum cant clear the edges or move the tray. It is perfect!

> 3 dayI was looking for something hard, plastic, and almost like a tray with a lip so that if any liquid should come out (I was using this for my pet water fountain and was freaking out how I could stop any leakage from soaking into the carpet). This item was PERFECT. Not too deep that the pets have to step in it or over it, but just high enough that any spillage would stay in there and I could carefully lift it up and take it over to the sink to drain it. I was looking ALL OVER and could only find floppy pet food mats or plainly just not big enough for what I needed. I will say it again, this item was PERFECT for the job. GREAT ITEM. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD.
