The products were fine and in good shape but the box was pretty busted and damaged.

Has not been 30 days, changed my cats water 4 days ago, and today the water was completely cloudy and yellow. Absolutely disgusting. I threw out the whole thing. I hope my cat does not get sick.

As another user stated, these filters from Amazon had this rusty-colored film after one week. It also turned the water orange. I dont think these are legit since the ones I ordered from the official catit website never did this. Terrifying.

Really not much else to say on the matter. These do what theyre supposed to do.

I used the first of 3 filters when I changed my cat’s water. After only 1WEEK of use, the filter had what appeared to be rust in it. Now I am concerned about how this may impact my cat’s health. SHAME ON YOU FOR SELLING BAD PRODUCTS THAT COULD HARM A PET.

I like the form of the fountain & was encouraged to order it by the reported usb-c sanitizing feature. The sanitizer doesn’t work as well as advertised. The automatic cycle isn’t sufficient, neither is an additional sani cycle done manually after approximately a week of continuous use. It gets slimy inside, and it’s not apparent from outside.

I accidentally bought this water fountain for my cats. It was absurdly expensive and the functions are not extraordinary. For the price you would think it would have a camera or do a magic trick. I wish the filters lasted longer somehow bc the maintenance for this machine is expensive. The filters are similar to those from the general cat water fountains.

Still get a lot of dirt afyer 30 days.
