Also, there was no key with the luggage and no instructions as to change the lock code. I have tried to contact Amazon to discuss my options, but havent been successful, so Im not sure what to do. Needless to say very disappointed after spending over $200.

> 24 hourI ordered this case over a year ago and apologize for the late review. By the time I was ready to use, the return date had passed. I did not get a key or instructions for opening the keypad. Delsey makes great travel bags but in order to use, I will have to call a locksmith. Would love some help from customer service as I have a trip planned soon.
