Chelsea Expandable Spinner, Lilac, Carry-On 20-Inch

We bought a Champagne (and a Lilac) colored 20-inch London Fog Chelsea spinner for an upcoming trip to Canada. The size was the first reason we picked these. The Canadian airline WestJet (and others in Canada) requires carry-on items for the overhead bin to be no bigger than 53 centimeters (21 inches) in length by 38 centimeters (15 inches) in width and 23 centimeters (9 inches) in height. This suitcase fits that size perfectly. The second reason was the London Fog brand; we have always trusted this brand. And third, we loved the features: lots of handy pockets and zippers; the cases’ sturdiness; and the fact they have a TSA friendly lock we can program to our own codes. We also like how attractive they are. And finally, the cases come with a 10-year warranty. We expect to use and enjoy these spinners for many years to come.

I ordered this suitcase twice and both times it had some type of sticky glue residue on the bottom in the same area on the fabric near the zipper that went thru to the inside. I hesitated ordering it a third time but I already had the 25” and I loved it and REALLY wanted the matching 20”. The third time was the charm! It was, thankfully, in perfect condition.

Bought this because I absolutely love the compartments I received it even though it says to put it on 000 with the TSA lock it will not open. I contacted London fog and they cannot help me dont bother with this.
