Chicago Hardside Expandable Spinner Luggages, Teal, 20 Carry-On

Arrived cracked.

Bought it for my summer vacation love the red color tone I used for a international flight and it’s in perfect condition no complains.

This is a very good box and I can happily recommend this, bought it cos I had an urgent trip to make.

Ok. Hard case, great. Expandable, great. Took a while to receive it...not a big deal. But...when we did receive it, it made it one trip and then the handle broke off. Yes, the handle that you use to pick it up and load it, etc. The bag was being used by my 9yr old. It wasnt overpacked or heavy by any means. It was on a 3hr flight and sat in the hotel most of the time. I have never had a handle come completely off on any pcs of luggage I have ever owned. Not really pleased with this.

This was the perfect size for a weeks trip. The handle broke however and due to the return time frame, I couldnt return it.

I just received my 3 piece today, and I fell in love when I took it out the box and took it for a spin around the house! Everything was in tact, it’s perfect for 3-4 day trips speaking for myself because my clothes are small and it’s summer, I could fit almost a weeks worth. Winter you’ll get 3 good days but plenty of room for underwear and toiletries. If you know your an over packer, buy the 5 piece but I can’t wait to use it on my first trip of the summer to Scottsdale AZ on June 3rd! I’ll keep you updated! Traveling Southwest so it fits the requirements of TSA carry on

Good product for the price but haven’t used it. Decided to give to my daughter because I needed bigger suitcase

I only used the middle size luggage once and two of the four wheels gave up (got damage see picture above). unfortunately, the time window to return it has expired, with this review I am asking the company to extend the window return time so I can send it back for a full refund.

This suitcase was fine, but it’s castor wheels didn’t glide super well and the handle was wobbly so it was difficult to scoot along upright. Ended up dragging it as if it only had 2 wheels.
