> 3 dayIt works! Light switch under my mantle that my two year old kept switching on and off as a game. I installed this, and no more issues!

> 3 dayMy 3 year old cracked this in a day. I think it would stop a 2 year old.

Greater than one weekThis is perfect. We got light bulbs that connect to Alexa so I need the switches to stay on and it keeps the children from messing with the lights. Only thing I don’t like is the price

> 3 dayOur special needs foster child would turn the light on at night and never sleep. First we bought the switch guard that was clear and covered just the switch. This worked for a few nights but then she figured it out. We removed the bulbs in her room but that’s a pain to do anything in there when it’s dark. We found this and it was a last ditch effort. This is AMAZING. It takes 3 fingers to open it and there is NO way she will ever get it open. We have had it in for over a week now and I give it an easy 5 stars!!!

> 3 dayIts a fine product, and it works well enough. I have two minor issues: Mounting: the screw holes to hold it in place are not much smaller than the head of the screws, and the screw holes are all that hold this thing on the wall. If you over-tighten the screws, I could see them popping through the plastic. Similarly, if a child grabbed and hung off it or something, I could see them popping through, exposing the switch and wiring behind. Thus, I feel it is not terribly safe. I may add some washers to essentially widen the screw head. Design: This is inherent in the design and I cant really fault the creators of this thing, but you *must* use a simple, old-fashioned light switch with it. Any kind of dimmer or rocker or whatever will not work. You cannot even modify a rocker to work with it, because the mounting screws screw into the area where the rocker switch itself would need to come through. You may able to cut/dremel out a tiny slot if you have one of those dimmer switches that has a thin dimmer adjustment right next to the switch itself. I really like being able to use a dimmer in my toddlers bedroom, but it must now be at full blast or totally off. Its not a major problem, just a disappointing loss of functionality. However, as long as it doesnt break off the wall, it works very well as a way to prevent my toddler from turning his light on at night. The three-way snaps are a little annoying to open as a parent, and far beyond the abilities of a toddler.

> 3 dayWe have twins, they are Magicians with any and everything. So imagine how child proof our house in. We had to box off an outlet in their room but right above the sturdy new box outlet is the light switch, so it’s bed time, they don’t want to sleep so what do they do. Use the box to stand on and turn on the lights. Lol. So we got this, brilliant! Solves that problem immediately. I’d pay this again for such an easy fix. They cannot open it at all and it prevents me from just switching on a light so Willy Nilly! Saving on our energy bill as well!

> 3 dayThis was hands down the best way to outsmart my brilliant 2 year old. He would’ve figured out the traditional light switch covers in 5 seconds. Well worth the money. Happy to support a small business as a small business owner myself. Thank you!
