This is fabulous liner! It doesnt smudge and is truly good to wear. I feel it goes quick but its good.

it does not go on smoothly and requires (too much) blending.

I LOVE this product and its much less expensive to buy here than Nordstrom. I give this away as gifts to my girlfriends because it lasts so long. They cant believe it. All my other eye make-up may come off during the day but this lasts forever! Super easy to apply and smudge if you want.

It wasnt waterproof and the blending tip was stiff.
