A few things I love about this. It supplies a lot of current to each outlet - enough that you could have seven power-hungry digital pedals if you wanted. You can switch the voltage of every outlet to whatever you need. It comes with a daisy chain cable, so you can power up to 9 pedals with it. It is very low profile, and can be attached easily to the bottom of a Pedaltrain board with a special clamp that they sell separately for about 25 bucks. Im not buying any other kind of supply these days.

There’s a lot of hype around this power supply, and I’m just here to support that hype. It’s so small and lightweight and versatile, I think it’s the best thing going right now.

If you own a Quad Cortex and are looking for an alternate power supply, this is the one! Please bear in mind you will need 3 8800 parallel adapters to power it, but Cioks will release a small device called Crux that will be connected to the 24v output and feed direct power to the Quad Cortex. The power supply fits underneath a Pedaltrian Metro 20 or 24 with some velcro and becomes super convenient. I find it a little pricey, but wouldnt power my Quad Cortex with any unit.

Limited Edition Red DC7

The CIOKS DC7 is an excellent and reliable power supply that works with standard low-current up to the most power-hungry effects pedals. Despite its slim one-inch profile, the DC7 provides a maximum of 48W from all its outlets. Thanks to its two-stage switch-mode power supply topology, DC7 achieves an ultra-low noise power. You can plug in high-current Eventide pedals without worrying about any unwanted hums.

The small-sized power supply features seven isolated DC outputs and an additional 5V USB outlet. You can connect the DC7 Power Supply with CIOKS 4, CIOKS 8, or other compatible units with 24V input voltage (via Flex Cables) if you want more isolated outlets.
