Got a stock head unit you love? Forget the LOC, this is what you want. My truck has a uconnect 430n. Navagation, hard disk drive, iPod port in the glove box..Siriusxm if you like bad audio.. nice head unit, but no low rca outputs. The EQ on the head unit is low, mid, high.. The clarion covers what the head unit is missing. Takes in the speaker wire, converts to front, rear, sub rca out to amp. Gives complete EQ control at your fingertips while driving. Separate bass mob (subwoofer only) means not having to mount another bass boost knob from the amp. Or better yet, no crawling under the seat to adjust eq and sub output..
