Climax Metal C-100 Shaft Collar, Zinc Plated Steel, Set Screw Style, One Piece, 1 Bore, 1-1/2 OD, 5/8 Wide, With 5/16-18 Set Screw

I liked the body of the of this shaft collar, and the only reason for the 3 stars is the threads as stated is wrong. I ordered thumb screws for these and it turned out that the set screw is 5/16-24 and not 5/16-18 as stated. It turns out that 5/16- 18 would have been better as there are more options in the size thread.

Used for a shop made spinning drum to drag the lawn and make it level.

Inside diameter was too small to fit 1 steel tubing.

This is a well-made product at a great price and fits my motor shaft perfectly.

This worked exactly for what I needed. The items arrived quickly and were 1/2 the price of a local tractor store. They didnt have it in stock at the store anyway.

Picture shows a set screw and the ones I got did not have a set screw. I had to return and order a different part.

I used it for my 1-in diameter dumbbell set. It worked perfectly. And you cant beat the price.

This worked perfectly for me. I purchased a MERAX pulldown machine with standard (1 inch) weight bar. It came with an adapter to Olympic plates, but it meant I needed 2 spring clips: one for the 1”-2” adapter and one for the 2” plates. I used this as a semi-permanent collar. It holds the adapter and allows the Olympic weight to slide over. Perfect.
