These things are fantastic. I have arthritis in my hands so bad that on some days I am unable to pick up pins and these as well as the smaller size are allowing me to continue with my sewing. If you have arthritis in your hands, go get 2 sets of each size and you will be thanking yourself for a very long time. I use them in place of pins wherever I can. Excellent for holding quilt bindings and piping in place, and to keep slinky fabrics from crawling all over and getting out of alignment while sewing. Excellent for holding fabrics when trying to keep plaids and stripes matched. I could go on and on... Needless to say I am so grateful to whomever designed these things as I believe they will extend my sewing for quite a while. I hope whomever did develop these makes a mint! In my mind they deserve it!

When I was told not to cuff my wool socks together as it stretches the ankle/calf area, I checked, and sure enough, they had stretched! I bought these to hold my socks together on a recent long trip. They are perfect. It also helped to keep my six pairs of socks together and organized.i highly recommend these for sock storage and travel.

I already had some of these great clips, and this is an order for additional product. I use them in my craft/sewing room all the time. They work like really great clothespins to hold all the pieces of a quilt square together. I also use then to clip quilt binding to my quilts so it doesnt get lost before I get the quilt finished. I use these a lot when I am making purses and bags to hold the pieces together. The pieces are ususally bulky and these fill the need without pins sticking everywhere.

I must admit that I bought both sizes (this is the larger size) to use when sewing the binding on my quilts. I found the green ones too big for that purpose, but I can see that I might find another use for them. The smaller, red size, work beautifully for securing the binding as you sew. I had originally pinned the binding but found myself getting poked by pins as I sewed. Im not an expert quilter, just do it as a hobby, but I loved the smaller version of these clips for that purpose.

Not sure how I lived without these clips before! I purchased these jumbo clips at the same time as the regular size red Wonder Clips and find myself using both types on my sewing projects. The red clips come with a storage box but these green jumbo clips do not so you will need to have a storage bag or box for them as the zip bag is not useful while clipping things. I have a 2 pocket cloth tool belt (really cheap at any home improvement store) and put the 2 different types in the pockets. Keeps them at the ready! These jumbo clips are very useful for clipping multiple layers of fabric together when doing measurements and cuts. I was able to clip 8 layers of burlap together with room to spare. It is SO much faster than pinning (and does not draw blood when accidentally brushed against :) ). Additionally, I can save a bunch of time by using the measuring marks on the clips instead of tedious 1/4 or 1/2 inch measurements before pinning. The clips also make it easy to flip and turn fabric (in my case, large curtains) without disturbing where it is clipped. These are also so much better for the actual sewing with the machine as pins wind up stabbing me too often as I feed the fabric. However, the jumbo clips are only useful if you are hemming more than 3/4 inch due to clips nose clearance with the machines needle. I will alternate pins and clips when sewing less than 3/4 inch and remove the clips as I get close to them. They keep the fabric so much flatter and more even than pins! They also help when sewing a stretchy fabric like jersey as it keeps it in place better without stretching like pins are wont to do. Have used these clips over the past 3 months on many projects, and have never lost one due to a broken spring or plastic breakage. Great product!

I have the smaller size but wanted to try the larger. Great for any designs I sew.

Arrived well packaged. Clips are long, well marked, sturdy but not difficult to open. Will use this brand and this company again. If anyone else is in a wheelchair, these are SOOO much better than pins.

Wow. These new Clover Jumbo Wonder clips #3157 have great holding capacity for many craft projects. The Clip opens wide to hold several layers of fabric or whatever you need to keep in place. They are a great alternative to pins, especially when working with vinyl"s, piles, and heavy weight fabrics. The bottom plate of the clip features seam allowance markings and slides easily on the sewing machine deck. The rounded nose allows the foot of your machine to ride along the front for neat stitching. These are a wonderful time saver. They make sewing and crafting more enjoyable while contributing to a finer finished product. You will wonder what you did without these when you use them on your next project.
