09-06-2025I use several different brand conditioners, cleaners and waterproofing sprays. This conditioner can be used on almost every leather except suede, Nubuck or rough out. It is wax based and oil based so it will darken the color of your leather a couple of shades. That said I did like it a lot, there is no weird smell it is easy to apply, it penetrates real well and pretty fast. The scuff covering is fair, it does make your leather water repellent not waterproof. Based on the characteristics of this conditioner I would use it on daily wear shoes, boots and leather goods. I would not use it much on work boots not that it is a bad product but for work boots I like stronger waterproofing qualities and I wouldn’t waste this good product on nasty dirty work boots. If you want to keep it safe and are bothered by Leather darkening a bit, use bick 4 a good safe product but it is a lighter conditioner and requires more frequent applications. If you are not bothered by the darkening of the leather and want a deep natural penetrating conditioner that works exceptionally well go for this one. By the looks of it I will keep it as my top conditioner for most of my footwear. I will try some of their other products.

> 3 dayI used this product on a 4 year old pair of brown leather dress shoes. they were getting worn and had some water stain / damage. The leather sucked up this conditioner and immediately became rejuvenated and a more uniform color. I will say that the color of the leather did darken a few shades after application. It did not bother me, but be aware. I believe it adds a richness to both color and feel to the leather. I will see how it protects and lasts over the next couple weeks. I would suggest this to bring your old leather back to life!

How To Use The Leather Conditioner

Step 1: Wipe Down LeatherUse a clean microfiber cloth or shoe brush to remove dirt, build-up, and other surface contaminants before applying. |
Step 2: Apply ConditionerApply a small amount onto a dry cloth or the tips or your fingers and work into the leather in a circular motion. |
Step 3: Buff LeatherUsing a horsehair brush, buff the leather allowing the nutrients to be absorbed while leaving a sheen finish. |
Step 4: Let Dry and Enjoy!Leave your leather in a cool, dry area. Drying time may vary by product, but we recommend leaving it out for 12 hours. Once it’s dry, you’re good to go! |
