Greater than one weekI have been using this tooth paste for about 6 months and I definitely see a difference from before I started. I had asked my dentist about getting my teeth whitened but did not want to pay over $200.00 to get it done. This tooth paste is amazing. Definitely recommend

> 3 dayIt does whiten and probably works better than most whitening toothpastes that you buy for a reasonable price but they say it removes 10 years of stains like it is going to give you gleaming white teeth. unless you have white teeth to begin with, it probably wont.
