Its convenient and i love it

I bought this not expecting it to be as great as it is. First of all the magnets are very strong and are solid so they don’t randomly dally off. Quick set up for nighttime when the birds go to bed! Love these.

Very easy to use with the magnetic closure, allows me to wrap around my conures cage without disturbing his playset on top. Fabric is nice and thick to block out light.

UPDATE 10/2020: The company acknowledged the defective magnets and refunded me my money. I purchased a new cover with that refund and the cover I received was excellent. The magnet problem has been fixed and its just as fast to put on as the 1st cover I ordered. Excellent customer service! I ordered one of these in May 2020 and the product was excellent. 5 out of 5 stars, hands down. So I got a 2nd bird earlier this month and ordered a 2nd cage cover on August 12th, same exact size as the first one. This 2nd covers magnets are nowhere near as strong as the first covers magnets are, making it very difficult to put around my birds cage and keep secured there because the cover is too heavy for these new cheap magnets theyre using now. As a result, I can get the 1st one I bought on in a minute or less, no problem. 2nd one is a 5+ minute struggle every night. I would return the 2nd one now if I could. Very disappointed that I spent $30 on this thing and it wont even stay on without a whole lot of manipulating and frustration.

I bought this product on sale for $26 and some change. And for that reason only will I be giving a 5 star review. I have thoughts on QUALITY VS. PRICE. It has a near blackout effect and fits my cage perfectly! But the magnets that hold it together, happen to be small circle one sided magnets with support strips in between. I find it just barley holding on as the magents not that strong and strips kinda get in the way a bit. But it works and the birds love it I love it. Now at the NORMAL price of $49.99, I wouldn’t feel the same same way. Best to get this one on sale or maybe an upgrade model is needed, better magnets, less strips...

I like to sleep late and the birds sleep in my room so these were perfect for when I want to watch some tv before bed. My feather babies get good sleep with these on. :) theyre magnetic so it is very easy to put up and take down every day.

Update: I changed my review from 1 star to 5. I decided to give it another try, and I’m glad I did. I really love it. The length is actually perfect. The magnets work great. I can adjust the magnets so that there is plenty of ventilation. I’ve been using it very night, and it is awesome. —————————— I tried to like it, and I tried to make it work, but it just isn’t safe and functional. The magnets work great until the very end. The fabric starts to flop over. Also, the material is too thick. If the cage as a play area on top and a side panel to catch the seeds, there can be no ventilation. I tried to leave one side open, but this is not possible unless the whole thing comes undone. I didn’t even want to try it one night because I was afraid that my birds would suffocate.

I love the design and the magnets that hold it to the cage. Ill never know if it washes well because the bugger ate a hole in it the first night. He said he likes to watch TV. What can you do?! :-D All told, the concept is great and I think hes quieter at night now.

Our GCC’s 66” play top cage has cage area dimensions of 32W x 23D x 32H, while the 61” cover does not go all the way around his cage it does cover the front, both sides and wraps around the back of the cage a few inches on both sides, since we have his cage backed up to a wall the cover not going completely around the back is not a issue for us, it actually works out better in our case! The cover is very easy to put on and off, it also folds well (not slippery fabric so it stayed folded). It looks nice when on - looks like it was made for our cage/blends right in and the sun conure logo is cute too. The fabric seems pretty breathable but due to its lighter weight I’m not sure how darkening it is, we just wanted to let our bird clearly know when it was as time to rest for the night. So far very happy with ease of use and the design. For reference the larger 68” cover (macaw logo) did not wrap completely around our cage either and due to being longer and wider it did not fit as well (too long, too much extra material for going around the back of cage since we didn’t need coverage there anyway and had to reach further behind up against the wall to put it on) the 61” was just right for us despite having a 66” play top cage.

This night cover fits well on my cage and stays on because of the magnetics on the edges. Washable and looks pretty good with the parrot logo. Having this cover has seemed to make my parrot more calm even with our cage in the living room. I have purchased twice and if it wears out again I’ll buy another one. Only thing to be aware of is that the magnets can come off in the wash unless your careful. I have suggested and given this cover to other parrot friends. Everyone has been impressed and happy! Good product!
