The pad of the shoulder strap as a messenger bag is very slippery. It came off my shoulder easily so that I had to buy another pad with better design. Other than that, I love this bag. My 17 laptop fits in with no problem. The inner pads for laptop protection is well designed. If the shoulder pad was designed well, I would have given it a 5 star.

I’m not sure how long it will last as I have only used it once, but it seems very sturdy. It has more room than a diaper bag and the laptop section is padded.

Lots of space for his macbookipad He even squeeze his dress shoes bc he commutes wearing his gym shoes. Great product thus far.

Bought this for my work. It holds everything I need including normal purse items. Eliminates need for additional purses. Holds computer, iPad, phone, notebook, chargers, mouse. Had several different straps for a varied way to carry. Sturdy, . Has help up well. Has flown, rode, walked and tested. Easy to use.

I get complemented on this backpack every week. Love that it converts but I use almost exclusively as a backpack, occasionally using small briefcase handles. For me, the winning feature is that it is a backpack that doesn’t look like one, smooth clean lines I can wear this with casual or business attire and not feel weird about wearing a backpack. I got the purple and it is gorgeous. Durability: Had 9 months so far, still in great shape no sign of wear. Has a slight texture so clean spills quickly unless you want to be brushing it out to get every tiny bit. Size: I’m 5’2” and it fits great. Plenty of room on adjustable straps so this can work for someone much bigger. Comfort: comfortable. My commute is not long, can’t comment how it would feel after long wear. Ease of use: Always remember to zip closed and where to grab it from before putting it on your back. Zipper is on side when it’s on your back - you’ve been warned.

Back strap no longer holds reasonable weight after 2 years.

I started college in Jan. 2018, and just finished my semester, this bag is still holding up and looking great! I love the pockets for my books and the pocket thats protected for my tablet. It holds everything I need. I would buy it again.

Bought for my wife to use as her carry-on and to protect her laptop. Being military means lots of flights and travel but this bag is wonderful! Held lots of snacks as well as a change of clothes and her electronics

This laptop bag was such a good choice for my needs. Laptop stays protected with ample cushioning and stays in place. The other zipper area has more than enough room for other items. I have pushed the limits of the capacity of this bag multiple times and it’s more than capable of handling it. This item is very well made and the zippers are of high quality. I would recommend this laptop bag for anyone looking for a bag that can really handle anything you throw into it.

Im a Realtor who likes to use a laptop so this bag is amazing for my 17 laptop. I usually wear it like a backpack but turn it into a hand held when meeting with clients at there home. It goes from laid back to professional is seconds and holds a ton of notebooks, supplies my laptop a tablet, my cell phone and the chargers. I own the grey color which looks sharp.
