Absolute junk. Made of cheap thin plastic. I could puncture it with my finger nail. There is no way the reviews are legit. This thing wont last a trip to the airport, let alone a trip on a plane. **edit - I have received at least 4 emails from the company requesting I change my review to a 5 star in exchange for money. Even after I was refunded for the return, they continue to send emails offering me money to remove or upgrade my review.

3 stars: I bought it for a carry on bag and to hold my laptop. When I opened it I thought it would be bigger and hold more but I was disappointed. The size is good for a kid clothes but don’t stuff it too much because the weight of the bag will tip it over. We couldn’t figure out the lock at all and ended up just using a bought TSA lock. I plan on using it for my son’s check in bag on our next trip since it has 4 wheels but I won’t use it as a carryon because it doesn’t hold much. Update as of 1/16/2020: I received an email from CoolLife about wanting to speak to me and help me fix the issue. Which i appreciate when companies want to fix the problem. I received a call from Coollife Rep which she was very sweet and helpful. They went ahead and refunded me the purchase made. Which was also very generous of this company. I give this company major points for wanting to correct the problems with their customers and help correct it as best as they can. Which is why I updated it to 4 stars from 3 stars.

I like the style, maneuverability and its not too big. As for quality, the luggage handled pretty well with connecting flights. Luggage still looks new. I havent gone on international flights to really test this. I really like the carry-on. It was easy to maneuver everywhere. I am able to fit my computer, charger, USB wires and 4 days worth of summer clothes.

Was nervous about buying luggage online, but these are extremely well built and swivel well. Took them on a trip to Europe (lugging them along cobblestone streets) and they did well. Plenty of room also.

Love love love this suitcase! Its compact but it fit everything I needed for 2 & 1/2 weeks in Europe. I packed 4 dresses, 4 tops, one pair of jeans, 2 pairs of capri pants, socks and undergarments, pajamas, swimsuit and cover-up, water shoes, 3 pairs of sandals, beach towel, toiletries, hair brush, makeup, jewelry, curling iron, laundry bag, extra battery packs and charging cables, and a bottle of wine on the way home! I also purchased packing cubes which fit perfectly in this suitcase. The expander was a life-saver because it added a good 3 inches of much needed space on the way home. It is well-made, sturdy, and cute. I had no problems with the wheels and I walked around with this bag A LOT. It stood up to cobblestone streets, subway stations, rain, getting thrown around by airport bag handlers, you name it. There are a few scuffs after all that abuse but its nothing noticeable. The handle didnt feel super sturdy when walking with it all the way extended. I usually collapsed it to be a shorter handle while walking because it felt easier to maneuver, especially on carpeted floors. I love the mint color because its very unique. I never saw anyone else with anything similar so my bag was easy to spot from far away. Im so happy with this find!

I just received it. I have not used it yet but I am so very impressed with the quality of the product and the attractiveness of it. And the extra little nooks and crannies that I didnt really understand until theyre right in front of me. The wheel system looks excellent and feels sturdy. They also handle the fact that the 1st one I ordered was too largest, and did so with ease with no problems what so ever in the return. So Im very very happy with this company

Great carry on, holds more than I expected and rolls easy. Meets specs for Southwest carry on size. Front pockets convenient for papers etc.

Love this suitcase. Wheels glide sweetly. Can pack quite a bit in this small case. I say small because its labeled as a small. BUT its a great size for a week trip. Fits a lot into it, plus it has a lock combo/ & tsa approved lock. Buy it its so worth it.
