> 3 dayI have been a fan of J&J First Aid Cream for 40 years, that is until they apparently discontinued what to me was a perfect product. There are certain kinds of abrasions and burns that it was perfect for. When I found out a few years ago that it was being discontinued, I bought a bunch, which has almost run out. Then the task was to find a replacement. The Ambix product is the closest thing Ive found. They are not using all the same elemets (as can easily be seen on the ingredients), but it is pretty similar. It is definately less viscous, or more watery. But it is a pretty good replacement for the perfect product.

> 3 dayThis is replacement for topical antiseptic that contain antibiotics which are over used and not always effective. Should be an option in your medicine cabinet. Kim

> 3 dayThis first aid cream is good. I would order it again. However, it is not Johnson & Johnson first aid wound care cream.

Greater than one weekI have found this product to work as well as the discontinued Johnson & Johnson first aid cream. It is apparently slightly different; the cream is not quite as thick as the J&J, but it works well.

> 3 dayNot as good as Johnsons First Aid cream - not as thick and doesnt smooth a burn as well without the beeswax in it - but good for a first aid cream that doesnt leave you greasy like the ointments do.

> 3 dayI searched all over for some of the original J.&J. First Aid Cream. The tube I had in my truck first aid kit was all dried out and I was on the last bit in the tube at home. I found the AMBIX cream on-line and read what everyone said about it. It seemed like a good (if not perfect) replacement. I was not disappointed. While it is a little thinner in consistency than the original, I find it does the job for me and I am well satisfied.
